I loooooove to photograph couples (I do weddings too you see, click here) there’s something super special about a couple waiting for their first baby to arrive.
Lizzi, Karun and I pretty much spent the best part of the session chatting all things baby. When we had the shoot, I was heavily pregnant with my fourth child so really I was in the same boat as Lizzi. I love to chat about pregnancy, birth and being a mother in general. I think it really helps as well, to have something like that to connect us to each other. Being mothers, or mothers to be connected myself and Lizzi straight away, which is pretty special if you think about it.
The session was beautiful. Smiles, kisses and cuddles. That’s how I woud describe it. I honestly connect with each person who comes through my studio doors, when they leave I feel like I’ve been a small part of their lives and its a beautiful thing to be a part of…
