Natural & simple studio newborn photography
Anytime after your 20 week scan is the perfect time. The earlier the better! We don’t know when baby will arrive, so we will book you in for 10 days after your due date and move accordingly when they make an appearance if we need to. Due to the nature of newborn shoots I only book in a limited number each month – so please get in touch.

Newborn sessions are held in my studio and last 1-2 hours. Athough there is not limit, we go at babies pace.
I will photograph your baby at my studio, ideally within the first 14 days after birth. This is when they are at their squishiest and curliest.

That’s fine! We just move the session date to a time that suits. As mentioned above I limit the number of sessions I book so that there is flexibility.
Most babies take a while to settle and it’s totally normal. I have a few tricks to try and help them settle, the studio will be very warm and I have soothing music or white noise playing which can help. Every baby is different though and so we just go with the flow, so please don’t worry.
Once you have booked your session, you will receive a welcome guide in the post. Within this guide, it explains wardrobe and what to wear etc. Generally, my advice for newborn sessions is to stick to neutrals.
It will normally range between 50-100 images are delivered in your viewing gallery. I try and give you as many as possible from the session.
I will deliver your online gallery within 2 weeks.
